In this thread, we talk about the sandwich (and related foodstuff) condiments we use regularly.

Mayo and mustard are givens, unless you have exceptional examples.

Branston pickle and Heinz sandwich spread are UK staples, both very flavourful alongside cheese, ham and vegetables.
Pickle is an exceptional addition to cheese on toast. Tomato and garlic chutney kicks it up a notch for strong smoked cheeses and meats on malty bread.

inglehoffer stone ground mustard, litehouse jalapeno ranch, and tabasco mango habanero.

These are my current go-to sauces for sandwiches.

Are you sure your even talking about food and not some food imitation you once used to beat the germans?

Much as I hate to admit I stole a recipe idea from Tesco, I recently started following their example and using a Dijon/mayo mix in my ham sarnies instead of Coleman's, and I haven't looked back.

No, the reason is because it's a culinary abortion.

I like Oikos Greek Yogurt Roasted Red Pepper dip on my deli-style sandwiches. It works especially well with turkey.
