What are some good things to use it on?

I love this stuff but I don't put it on everything like a lot of people do. For me it's only good on Asian foods (any kind really, Chinese take-out or a bowl of pho or whatever) and hot dogs/sausages. Seriously way better than ketchup on a hot dog.

Eggs and pizza are my go-tos. Stirfry and fried rice clearly work.

This is totally my secret tip, but I also like to put a little in my brownie mix (yeah, mix from a box) - not enough to make it spicy, but the garlic brings out some depth, and the spice excites the palate and makes the sweetness pop a bit.
No one has identified it, but people like my brownie.

It's not a normal hot sauce, it works the same as ketchup. A much better tasting ketchup. I'm talking french fries, burgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese, hash browns, etc. I'll also use it on sub-par eggrolls and fried rice. I've heard people say its no good because it overpowers food, I don't find this to be true though. It is pretty forward but I can taste what I put it on just fine. Ketchup, on the other hand...........no bueno.
