"seasoning" what do you mean by that
how many celsius, how long, covered/uncovered?

>> No.4691954

Preheat for 350, melt salted butter in microwave, poke holes in potato with fork, roll in the butter, put in the oven for an hour, season at table with things like chives, more butter, ranch, cheese, sour cream, ketchup, chili etc.

If you have the time, 350F (I think that's 190C, whatever the default is), uncovered. It takes probably 45 minutes, and you'll want to flip them at least once.

You can do it faster, but they probably won't get as crispy.

And by seasoning, I mean Salt&Pepper. You can try adding some garlic powder or other flavors if you wish, but honestly S&P and rosemary make perfectly fine roasted potatoes.

at what temperature/?

room temperature, around 25 Celsius for good 126 hours in the oven. they will turn to crispy goodness eventually, trust me, i got this from my dad who is a chef

He also told me to wrap them in aluminium foil and "sear" them in microwave for 2 minutes before room-temp baking. Works like a charm

either 350F for around 45min, or 400 for around 30min. or a combination of both. remember to flip.

Just because your dad smokes cock doesn't mean he's a chef
