/ck/ god-king should be an educator, and the other two fall well short. Alton is the only one that is interested in teaching people how to be better chefs and is also the only one actually interested in flavor. The other two just want to see how many restaurants they can get venture capitalists to back. Alton does it for luls instead of the profit, which is the true mark of an absolute artist.

Celebrity chefs cannot represent /ck/, nor can pricks like Blumenthal. Sure, many /ck/ threads are about high-end food and cooking, but just as many are about fast food. Or cigarettes. Or beer.

I'd say the immortal god-king should represent all aspects of /ck/, or at least the good ones, and should be a teacher rather than just a chef with a highly-rated restaurant.

My choice candidate is Jacques Pepin, for his mastery of cooking and instructive style, backup is Alton Brown for explaining the simple science behind cooking, and focusing on techniques instead of recipes.

Neither, however, is pretentious enough to truly represent the spirit of you fags. Is there an instructor as practiced and explicative as Pepin, but with a "better-than-you-faggots" attitude? I think so.
