It looks a bit green. My first thought was a really long dolma (a stuffed grape leaf popular in Greece, plural dolmades), with an avgolemono (egg lemon sauce). But it's like 3 times as long as a really long one would normally be, and there are no obvious seams or texture of the grape leaf wrapping. And serving one with an egg would be weird. Sometimes stuffed zucchini are served with avgolemono too, but but it couldn't bend at the end like that.

The plate looks rather east Asian, but the three-pronged fork (usually a salad or dessert fork in the US) add to the mystery.

Ahh just realized the google link turned up the image on shittyfood.net, where it's claimed to be black pudding with cheese. I disagree with both posters, that it's either "obviously not cheese" or that it's "pretty obviously cheese." I mean it could be a melted pale cheese. But the way it's almost all right on the long thing with some that seemed to spread like a runny liquid onto the plate before congealing a bit from the plate's lower temperature (while remaining shiny on the long thing) makes it look more like a buttery/creamy sauce.

Also the alleged "black pudding" looks unlike any other I looked at in a google image search. Its ends aren't neatly rounded like most, and they don't seem to bend that sharply - the casing wouldn't be that flexible unless it was made that way, and Google pics show them all straight or gently curved.
