also, I do love chilidogs.

buns are the worst, though. there's so little variety in them. It's genuinely hard to find anything besides standard white buns, and there's so much variety available.

The thing about a Chicago dog's toppings is that they're expertly balanced to be salty, sour, spicy, and very pungent, much like a jar of giardinera.

I get buttmad when I see this disgusting abhorrence because slathering on this red HFCS-laden sugar jizz completely overwhelms and destroys all of the aforementioned flavors.
