I'm marinating some quail right now...

Some spatchcocked and seasoned for a butter n' brandy glaze tomorrow, some deboned to be rolled with jalapeno n' cream cheese wrapped in bacon while marinating in garlic/s&p/olive oil right now.

Provided I cook them all on the grill perfectly tomorrow, the only question is what side dishes to get.
