I was actually out of eggs, and it was 1am.
So it's just butter, sugar and cinnamon.
So no shiny crust this time.

Camera battery died from using flash...

But it held together.

And I could spin the pie in the pan so it wasn't stuck. I actually greased the whole pan with butter before putting the bottom crust in.

1 package of 2 pilsbury pie crusts (yeah I cheated a little)
5 cups of berries
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
Pinch of salt
2tbs ground cinnamon.
Enough butter to coat inside of pan and the top of the pie crust. And a few little pieces distributed on top of the berries before top goes on.
