I remember seeing a whole panel/food porn picture that made this but as I have no cooking knowledge how would one go about making such a scrumptious delicacy? Also general breakfast food porn thread

cant really tell what it is. so I can only assume.

Get a few slices of ham, two slices of bread, two eggs.

1. cut a hole in the center of the bread, use a cup if you need help
2. butter the bread on both sides
3. put the bread on the pan and crack an egg into the center. flip when you want and take it off the pan when it reaches your preferred doneness.
4. pan fry the ham then sandwich it in between the two slices of bread you just cooked.

I had a boyfriend who wanted to do the vegan thing, I eat pretty much the same thing on a daily basis. I had to stray a bit. So came vegan poutine, vegan hot chocolate, even vegan biscuits and gravy (sort-of, maybe, but probably not). A bunch of vegan cakes, breads, and the list goes on.

I'm not sure.

I had a coffee before heading back here, might be why I'm not in bed before I have to work for an hour or two.

Let's see if I have some breakfast food pics.

This is an example of a good breakfast for most people, it's a Beaver Tail, a "Canadian dish". It's just deep-fried dough, topped with something. Usually brown sugar and cinnamon, sometimes lemon. AFAICR the dough is maybe a bit more dense than pizza dough. It's fairly chewy. For most people, this can keep them going until a bit past lunch, when they'll feel hungry again. There's a purified sugar, so almost instant energy, and fat-coated complex carbs and some amino acids, which take a while to digest, and so sustain people for a while. Muffins are another good example of a "good breakfast item" as most people understand it. Personally, I'd rather have cold pizza with Sriracha.

Fresh English muffins, another Canadian dish (somewhat between a crumpet and a biscuit). Takes 20 minutes, fills the room with fresh bread smell, fills you up real nice, with a nice cup of 'ot cocoa. Whole wheat, fat, fairly dense, yeasty, flavorful. Can be had with jam or whatever.

I can't remember what the slop is, but the other thing is lemon ciabatta with thyme. The slop is probably beans ... oh yeah, chick peas. Which brings us to hummus and pita, beans and toasts, etc. Also awesome breakfast items.

Awesome for the common of mortals! I choose to live on beer and popped corn, but that is healthy for me, probably not so much for most people.

Moving on...in other parts of the world, pastries are common. In places like Western and even Eastern Europe, it's classical. I think everyone can picture people eating pastries for breakfast under the Eiffel tower.

This is what I was looking for. In a region of China, rice porridge and some sides or condiments like sweet shredded and dehydrated pork are a common breakfast.

This is one of my breakfasts when I used to train for the freakin' Olympics. You can ask the FBI.

Store-bought English muffins, peanut butter, probably butter underneath, and fruit.

You should have used more peanut butter on the muffin on the right. I can see where you burnt it.
