Hello /ck/ I haven't done a thread in a while so please excuse my informality . I've got some frozen burger patties sitting in my freezer and a crapton of mexican spices and I was wondering if I could get some recommendations on what to mix into the patties to make them not so bland. Yes I know I'm a newfag and I'm gonna get harpooned for posting this

Ketchup.

No, really. Tomato, vinegar, sugar, salt. Good flavours, good burger.

Mix into frozen patties? You really don't want to thaw and take apart the patties, since putting them together will be a mess.

Just splash some worchestershire on them before cooking and/or get some kind of salt/seasoning mix and season the outside of them. Should be good.

I've never tried using frozen patties. Are they really that bad?

They're just frozen ground beef...generally lower quality ground beef too, but they're not particularly bad, but at the same time too they generally don't have any seasoning at all in them.

OP, I like splashing some Dale's Marinade on them if you can find it, but go easy, that shit is hella concentrated.
