Women chefs often get a lot of shit on here, but this one is pretty badass. Menu changed daily (at least it used to be, I haven't been there in a long time), and I don't mean simply rotated. You never knew what they'd have, but it was almost always awesome, never bad.

the worst thing he has ever done was make a turkey sandwich and then wrap it in foil and drop the whole bundle in oil to heat it up but the foil stopped the oil from getting on the sandwich so it was only used as a way to cook it
