I use paleo recipes in my weekly schedule. Some are raw, some aren't. I also include properly prepared whole grains a few days a week and dairy products that are either from grass fed animals or fermented. I don't see the big deal that you people make about it. It is better than a whole bunch of idiots using slim fast and drinking diet cokes. Also what does "fire is a grain" even mean? Grains are plants, fire is an endothermic reation.
