Holy shit!

I just realized I haven't had Beef Stroganov in years.

But I don't know how to make it myself, don't care to learn, and there's probably no restaraut anywhere that serves it.

Not complicated in the least.

Sauteed and stewed beef, onion, mushroom. Reduce the stewing liquid, throw in some sour cream and chopped chives. Serve over egg noodles with optional dollop of sour cream.

Also not anything like actual stroganoff, but yummy.
