hey /ck/

my grill makes this horrendously painful screeching noise when i slide it, so what sort of grease/lubricant could i use for it which wont just burn off when i heat the grill, and isnt toxic?

Where exactly is this noise coming from? The wheels on the bottom? I've never heard of or seen a grill where anything in contact with food is moving.

If it's the wheels then it doesn't matter if it's food safe or not since it's nowhere near your food.

Explain in more detail or show a pic of what specifically is making the noise.

Doesnt even have wheels. My house is really old, and the grill is just one other thing which is a poorly designed piece of shit.

It doesnt technically come in contact with the food, but the grease/lubricant would be heated and so it smokes the food. I found this out after trying out cooking oil

Jesus Christ I misread this horribly. I thought grill was girl and I thought she was making horrible noises when you slid it in and holy shit I had a laugh.

Holy shit I thought I was the only one who misread this. Then I got to the grease/lubricant part and I lost my sides!

You still haven't explained which part of the grill is making noise. Does the grate slide out? Is there a hinge? Grills don't normally have any moving parts so it's hard to understand what could possibly be making any noise at all.
