So my asshole flatmate decided to help himself to my bottle of liquor and then refilled it with water to hide the evidence. He said he only drank half of it, so it's about 50% water 50% vodka. I can still faintly smell the alcohol so I don't think he's bullshitting.

With that being said, is there any way I could separate the water from the vodka?

Honestly, if any of my roommates had done that I'd have beaten them senseless. We were usually pretty cool about stuff like that, though. A drink or two of any non-special bottle was usually okay, and would usually be repaid with the purchase of a full bottle later on.

But to drink half your booze and then dilute the rest? You need to apply the Chain of Discipline. Liberally.

I'm not kidding that much. If you let him get away with shit, he'll take it to the next level later on. That's what louts do.
