i'm making http://www.mamasaywhat.com/salted-caramel-pretzel-bark/
just took it out of the oven and the caramel is super grainy and soft. i didn't let it cook long enough in the pan. just put it back in the oven for another five minutes to try and cook the caramel more.
is there any way to save it, /ck/?
