For all the awful shit that can come out of a can, there's definitely some quality canned food out there. What canned stuff do you always pick up at the store?

I like canned beans of all sorts (usually pick up some pinto, black, and refried) and canned sliced peaches. Eat the beans warmed up with some hot sauce, put the peaches on my cottage cheese.

I use about 10 can a week, sometimes more.

Since i'm so used to making fresh food now, anything that comes in a can is disgusting and tastes artificial. There are some staple things to have from a can like anchovies and sardines or whatever. Sometimes i'll get canned vegetables.
