I'm retardedly picky about pre-packaged cookies. I don't like the majority of them. Oreos are the one exception I can think of.

But I like them fresh-er from some places, like.. Potbelly, or Central Market. I also pass a Collin Street Bakery when I drive to see my parents, and they have pretty tasty cookies.
