I really only care for tabasco on shitty pizza and greasy spoon omelets. Although the chipolte flavor one they have is also pretty good on cheap restaurant hash browns.

Im a bit of a sour junky. I crave vinegary foods. I eat whole jars of pickles and hen drink the brine. I pour vinegar over my salads and only hit it with a splash of olive oil- i often get shit from others when out to eat and doing this because of the vinegar smell.. I like to drink balsamic vinegar, even the cheaper shit. With in the last couple years I've discovered the wonders of amchur powder and like to find new ways to add it to food. Sour and extra hot kimchi really turns my crank. I love just about anything pickled.

pic related. something else I love to put tabasco on(although sriracha makes for more potent farts)

habanero tabasco is my guilty pleasure, i put that shit on everything

i only just recently discovered it. (im an ausfag, ive only ever in my whole life seen regular tabasco at stores. for other ausfags, coles carries, at least, the habanero flavour now too, not sure about the others).

its fucking great. a lot better than the original, but still with that tabasco taste that makes it delicious.

I personally prefer chili flakes, dried chilies and sambal oelek. And black pepper if I want to keep things milder.

Tobasco has a fun smoky scent, that's the only thing that would encourage me to use it instead.

Sambal oelek makes me feel really nauseous. I use Tabasco sometimes, but I prefer to use small batch independent hot sauces I buy online.

If you want a good quality hot sauce, look up tmudder on Youtube.

I only use tabasco to mix into sauces or other things.

The vinegar taste by itself is too much.

I share your taste in acidic, vinegar foods. Pickles, kimchi, vinegar on everything, I love that shit. Guess I need to check out amchur powder now.

It is unripened green mango powder and you will want to use it everything that you can. I just like to wet my finger and grab a glob of from time to time. Like sour candy with out the overly sweet nasty to it. (not a sweet fan)

inb4 someone sais "rooster sauce" and is too stupid to look into the real stuff from Thailand.

>> No.4521812

Different sauces for different things, but the best is to just chop up a nice chocolate habanero. Sometimes though I'm lazy and just want a sauce, then Tabasco Habanero is pretty good, it's not just vinegar like the regular Tabasco. The Jalapeno one is pretty decent as well. IMO.

This one is pretty awesome, it's got some heat to it and also a lot of flavor. Good luck finding it though, if you can, please let me know as well.

Tabasco doesn't hurt at all. It's just vinegar with a slight bite. Good for what it is, but not painful.
