Not well done.

No gun to display.
No obscure artisan beer to display.

prolly give the whole meal a 6.5 out of 10
I love peas & mashed taters
mix 'em up & chow down
steak looks decent, id say just about a perfect medium
I prefer med rare usually but its not my steak
hash marks are ok, could left it a bit longer to make them show better

No, silly american. That only happens in third world countries where they feed their cows corn and keep them locked inside concrete bunkers. Raw beef is perfectly safe to eat if you aren't a fucking poor piece of shit and have the knowledge and funds to procure it.I knew your schools were bad, but I had no idea. Perhaps the inevitable chinese takeover will be a mercy killing, after all.

American here, some people actually eat raw beef. Probably not in flyover country though, they're afraid of everything and all their food comes from Walmart and has to be sprayed with ammonia to make it safe. Here in the Enlightened East, I buy my beef from local farmers who I trust enough to ask for a piece suitable for eating raw. It's great. Don't ever leave the coasts or go south of the Mason-Dixon line if you visit.

>> No.4500823

>>4500815
I don't consider flyover country or the south to be representative of america. It's actually an ongoing performance art piece in support of eugenics. You didn't know?

>eating totally raw beef, ever

>> No.4500854

You people realize that their are cultural centers everywhere even in"flyover country", right? Not everyone stuffs themselves with Wal-Mart meats and has to have a well-done steak.

I'm from Richmond KY, and we take pride in having local farmers supply fresh veggies and meats. We've even got a fucking great vineyard.

Stop homogenizing the places you're not from; you're no better than the ones you judge.

>Being so afraid that you miss out on steak tartare or (i really don't count the brief sear as cooking) beouf carpaccio. You have my pity, anon. Back to your mac n cheese, the grown-ups are talking about serious food.

hahahahah oh man, thanks for the laugh. The only positive contribution kentucky has ever made culturally is bourbon. Actually, I know i'm better. I'm in better health. I'm better read. Better travelled. I eat better food. I attend better schools. No go back to frying up butter and fucking sheep, no one cares what you think, cleetus.
