This with rice has like 1500 calories.
In one meal!

This isn't /fit/

you dont eat it all dude.

>Cutting fag right here.

You eat the good stuff on certain days and eat shit with a ton of spices on all others. that's how I /ck/ anyways.

I'm cutting btw.

People here love their food.
But I assume that on most days the people here don't eat like this. Certain things are just special.
I know I have recipes that would be awful for you to eat every single day, but once in a while is cool

And /ck/ feels like an instrucable on how to gain weight.

I know /fit/ and /r9k/ are of the same ilk, but try to remember, a lot of us prepare meals for a group instead of our autistic selves.

Posting daily healthy meals just isn't interesting, that's why we post our delicious shit.

Let's hope you are right.

I really do hope so... Because so many people would have weight issues among other problems if not.

I guess I mad because it looks so easier for bulkers, yet all I hear is them complaining they can't get enough calories.

Even when bulking you only need 500 kcal above maintenance.

I never got the people who need to consume more calories.

It's as simple as making good food and eating more than you should, which is tempting almost every time I cook.

For many undereaters the problem is a failure to keep track of what they eat over the day. They'll moan that they eat tonnes of junk food, but forget that they skipped breakfast and only had a diet coke and a candy bar for lunch. Nerds are especially prone to this sort of behaviour because their weird sleeping and social habits mean they don't have to stick to a regular 3 meals a day routine and get that solid calorie base for the day.

A mindset like that can be hard to understand when you love preparing and eating food.
