Sweet potato/yam tempura is pretty good, it doesn't bring out the sweetness as much.

I wish I had that gif of the potato girl jizzing over food.

The sweetness can be overpowering for some, and a sweet potato breaded with godly tempura dipped in soy sauce is the best shit.

>> No.4493189

I used to eat them chunked, steamed and dunked in curry mayo. Not particularly elegant, but tasty as fuck.

Cut them in cubes and make homefires

Shred them and make hashbrowns

Cut them like fries and bake them or deep fry them

Eat them raw - no joke just make them bite size.

That does sound delicious.

I just bought my mother an electric fondue pot for mothers day. Kiwis seem like a good idea to suggest to her.

Repeating some stuff, but yeah - make fries out of them, or cut into cubes and roast them. Either way, use plenty of salt.
