I don't eat fries very often, but there's a little mom and pop burger place down the road from me called Sam's. They just have a walk-up window, and picnic tables out front. They make THE BEST fries I've ever had in my life. They're crinkle cut fries, and they are always perfectly hot, crispy, fluffy, and salty. Sometimes I'll start thinking about those fries, and I MUST go get some. A large order is huge, and I'll just eat those as my main meal of the day, because it's unhealthy as fuck, but sooooo fucking good. And you'd better eat them plain, because putting any kind of sauce on those beautiful, hot and golden treasures would be a CRIME.
