I cannot think of anything that would incur disgust or shock or outrage.

Oh wait. I didn't like India Pale Ale's for a long time, even though I do not drink anymore. I used to hate chicken wings as a child, although I have always been fairly adventurous and not picky. I really don't have any food or cooking stories that involve failure, sex, embarrassment, violence, secrets, etc. Although this one time, I got in a fight with the sous chef at a Mitchell's Fish Market and needless to say left him to die in the kitchen after I turned the gas on. Yep...yep.
