I like to get a nice, crispy sear on my meatballs. Then, I throw in a little bit of onions and a couple cloves of garlic to fry for a minute, then I add the delicious sauce. I really like having a bite of pasta and meatball at the same time. Sometimes, if the meatball is too big, I slice it in half with my fork and resume eating.

I can eat spaghetti with meat sauce, it just doesn't taste as good. Exceptions can be made if it is just meatballs that fell apart.
