I wish Adam Richmond would get a cooking show. He's held every job in the restaurant business and his erudition and appreciation of good food reveals itself in every comment he makes.

My dad and I used to watch Emeril Live regularly. We wanted to get tickets one year, but found out that the show was booked for like 5-6 years in advance, it was so popular.

Food Network did him wrong after he single-handedly made them a popular network. I'm pretty sure they just shitcanned him out of the blue to make room for more cupcake shit and Sandra Lee being a boozehound.
