ITT we talk about healthy foods you really like.

Pic related. I eat kimchi right off the pack, when I don't make it myself. The blend of flavours, sweetness, acidity and spice is just perfect. I'm hooked on that shit. Makes up for all the fat and carbs I eat.

Oh yes. I tend to drown it in olive oil though.

Uh, I dunno what the limit is, but I've kept kimchi for weeks and it never went bad. It's preserved cabbage after all, it's supposed to stay like that.

If you don't want to eat it alone you can put it in stir-fried rice and make bibimbap.

Kimchi's good for you dude. Here's my homemade stuff. Still not as good as the one from the Asian store though.

I don't deny that kimchi is healthy. I buy and occasionally make it myself.

My issue was with your statement that it, "makes up for all the fat and carbs" you eat.

Kimchi isn't exactly heavy on fat or carbs, so when I said, "pics or it didn't happen", what I was really looking for was pics of you, as you must be a skeleton if that's true.

I didn't say I'm a skeleton, though I'm still on the skinny side despite not having the healthiest diet -- I've been lucky until now. But I'm pretty sure I'll pay it back when I get older and kimchi won't save me.

I made some kimchi fried rice today, was fantastic.

I've found a new love of papayas.

Japanese-style seaweed salad is awesome too:
Wakame, cucumber, mirin, soy sauce, sesame seeds, chili flakes.
