I was thinking about making this and this is what I've come up with as a shopping list

>2-3 Eggplants
>Fresh herbs (Coriander, Rosemary, Thyme)
>Rock salt
>Tin foil (I ran out recently)
>Sour Cream or Creme Fresh
>2-3 lemons
>2-3 garlic cloves

Any other suggestions? What kind of bread/chips should I get for this?

I'm from clapistan, by the way. I'm going to be buying everything at Publix.
