I like the Habanero Tobasco, but damn it if Yucatec isn't the best sauce you can get.

ive had that before but it tasted too vinegary for me

The habanero Tabasco makes any mediocre or frozen pizza taste like God. I'd never put it on a proper pizza but it definitely helps out with the cheap shit.

Red Tabasco is good for making bland foods less bland, I use it instead of salt.

El Yucateco XXXtra hot for any Mexican food.

Daves Insanity for when I want actual heat along with a sauce that doesn't taste like chemical bullshit.

I have a collection of smaller batch "craft" sauces, each one is unique and has a special place. Not going to bother to name them because some are hard to find or impossible to find if you don't live in the area.

I had a bottle of Sriracha that sat next to my ketchup unused for two years. I threw both out and will not replenish.

Louisiana makes my favorite sauces. Not just the brand, but the state as well.

I love that stuff.
Any suggestions of good hot sauce without the overpowering vinegar taste that things like Tobassco have?

>Tapatio
Possible favorite, amazing on BBQ, dipping fries, any kind of meat, really
>Tobasco
Vinegar sauce, but any port in a storm.

Cock sauce is also nice to have when your broke and are surviving off mostly rice.

Tabasco works really well with eggs, in my opinion. It's pretty much shit elsewhere.

>> No.4422284

Tabasco habanero is god tier, just spicy enough to satisfy my needs.
Regular tabasco is the most misunderstood hot sauce. Its so common and therefore disregarded as the masterpiece it is.
Tapatio is great but not spicy, been using this lately because of my ulcers. Its a great condiment, not a top level hot sauce.
Franks extra spicy is acceptable.

Try new tabasco wing sauce. Not very spicy but its thicker and has an awesome zest to it. Recommended as a replacement for all lousiana style sauces (except regular tabasco).

Cock sauce on fucking everything. I feel no shame.

Don't know that it's the best sauce you can get but it's downright awesome.

Pic shows most of my current collection.

Tabasco was the first hot sauce I ever tried back when I was a kid but I really dislike it now because it's far too vinegary for my taste. So I'm not inclined to try any of their other varieties, especially as they're expensive where I live.

I'm a fan of Tapatio for the same kinds of things people would use Tabasco for.

For adding significant heat in a hurry I like Dave's Insanity, surprisingly nice flavour too. I usually have some fresh habaneros or Scotch bonnets in the freezer though so I'm just as likely to cut a chunk off one of those, dice it finely and throw it in near the end.
