whats for dinner tonight?
i am roasting a chicken
serving with asparagus with butter and garlic
and rosemary roasted potatoes

i will post pics in about an hour and a half when its done if anybody is interested.

Thank you. Sometimes I feel like there's something wrong with me. I'll eat other cuts if they're around, and in "nice" places I usually can only get the "good" stuff. But I'd much rather have skirt. For the past year I've been trying to develop a taste for other cuts but it always turns into sadfrog.jpg.

I think I should just give up on the fancy cuts and my next effort will be developing the balls to cut my own tartare at home. That's usually what I get when I'm eating out at a meat place that only has chateaubriand and shit like that.

tonight I went to a chain restaurant called The Tilted Kilt
basically a Hooters with slightly better food. all the waitresses wear kilts & short tops like a school girl type uniform
not bad
lol'd pretty hard though when the mexican guy bussing tables was also wearing a kilt
