Coffee Appreciation thread?

Just brewed myself up a nice hot cup of Dark French Roast from Caribou.

>> No.4368195

I'd brew up some for myself right now, but it's almost 10:30pm.

Welp, that image isn't what I wanted.

Coffee at night is the best. It's when you doing it 100% for the flavour, and not for any necessity.

I get my coffee free from the machine at work. I laugh at you morons paying $5 for a fucking cup of coffee everyday.

I pay $8.50 for a bag of grounds which takes all of 30 seconds to prepare, brew, and clean up whenever I feel like it.

True enough. I'm just more of a tea person in the evening.

Jesus christ, it makes such a difference. I can never go back to using the stale ground shit now

I'd rather by my own beans than drink that swill for free.

Yes, I learned on /ck/ that grinding whole beans from maxwell house robusta garbage with a good burr grinder makes time go backwards and the coffee turn into high quality arabica roasted yesterday.

For whatever reason, I decided to put some peanut butter in my coffee, nutella worked with it so I thought "why not"?

Not doing that anytime soon.

I tried that too. Even though I have years upon years of biochemistry background knowledge, I suddenly forgot that hydrophobic peanut butter isn't going to mix with an aqueous coffee solution.
