Took my son to look at colleges in NorCal yesterday, and was in Berkeley where I ordered a cheese pizza. Oh. My. God. Most delicious thing I've had in my life, absolute sex in food form. My mind was blown more when my son pointed out that it wasn't even cheese on the pizza, but a puree of cashews.

A vegan pizza is the most delicious thing I've eaten in my life. I can't believe I am admitting that, but fuck it is what it is.

What is the best thing /ck has ever eaten?

Best thing i've ever eaten was a chicken sandwich made by a local restaurant (which is now closed)

Grilled chicken with bacon, mozzarella and some kind of sauce on sour dough toast.
I don't know what other ingredients they used but it tasted fucking amazing.

Anyone who thinks this is a troll should try their cheese pizza. I have eaten it four times, all with omnivore friends, and every single one talked about that pizza for days afterwards, and said it was the best damned one they've ever eaten.

I've tried to replicate it, but can't get cashew puree to be that smooth. Their food processor must be insane.

Also pizza related, it was a thin crust jalapeno and pineapple pizza with cheddar cheese and mushroom sauce. It was simple and FUCKING DELICIOUS, it also helped me discover the pineapple is the perfect way to counter spicy food.
