I eat as much as I want and have so much more energy than before. I eat only fruits and veggies uncooked with a small amount of nuts, seeds and oil. That's raw food.

don't need many supplements, I get pretty much everything I need from my food. Besides B vitamins.
I got to go have some pumellos, bananas and orange juice for breakfast.

I almost forgot the omega 3's, those are important on a raw food diet as well.
Other than that I just eat whatever I feel like.
Organic is always better if it's available.
