Sup /ck/ do you make your own PB? What blender do you use? I love PB, but it's very expensive in my country and you can't find one without added oils. I have already destroyed 2 blenders making PB. Looking for a not so expensive (can't afford Blendtec or Vitamix or anything off that tier) blender to make peanut butter (50$ - 80$).
Also open to any sugestions regarding the making of peanut butter.

If you keep on buying cheap blenders you're going to keep on destroying them. Anything less than $100 is cheap disposable garbage.

There's a cuisinart that got good reviews from the WSJ a few years ago and is only about half the price of a vitamix, you might want to look into that.

It would probably help if you used a food processor instead of a blender OP.

OP here, are they any more reliable and why? They basicaly work on the same principle

Blenders are made for liquids and pulverizing fruits, etc. Food processors are meant for chopping, slicing, crushing, etc. They're stronger because of that.

I make PB using a cheap ($15USD) Sunbeam food processor and a fine chinoise/china cap.
Process roasted peanuts.
Push through chinoise.
Further process solids that remain behind.
Push through chinoise.
Etc etc etc.
Takes about 10 minutes or so to make smooth peanut butter.
Bonus: if allowed to sit, the oil will separate out and can be use to cook with.

do you empty the processor to the china cap? how do you push it trough?
Dont really get your method but really interested.

Using a silicone spatula, I scrape the work bowl of the processor and put everything into the chinoise.
I push it through the chinoise using the pestle that came with it. Everything that's left on the pestle and in the chinoise goes back into the processor and it's blitzed further.
Works well for me.

Thank you, will try your method.

It takes about 10 minutes, three cycles of 3-4 minutes each.

Each cycle is:
run processor
push through chinoise
put stuff that wouldn't go through back into the processor

Run that cycle three times and you'll have some smooth peanut butter. From three cups (about 500g, give or take 50-75g) of roasted peanuts, you'll get between 1½-1⅔ cups of smooth peanut butter and about ¼-⅓ cup of crunchy stuff that won't process smooth (I use it to make peanut candy). A single cup of peanuts yields only slightly more than a half cup of peanut butter, so be warned.

You don't want to use a blender, you want a grinder, with a blunt dead that smashes the shit out of the nut.

It's not that, it's just we have the pro-Lincoln version of history shoved down our throats at an impressionable age. (Abraham Lincoln was our 16th president and "freed the slaves" in case you didn't know what I meant by pro-lincoln)

No it's just this country shove the pro-Lincoln version of history down our throats at an impressionable age. (lincoln was our 16th president and freed the slaves here if you're not American) It's our government's way of trying to social engineer us all the time.

Your historiographic insights would be much more interesting if they weren't exclusively focused on proving how the holocaust never happened and the jew controlled education system is teaching white children how to race mix and be ashamed of their own heritage

There is another board for people like you

I swear it's like some people never read a damn government text book.
Educating the young and indoctrinating them is part of the core functions of any functional government. Otherwise nationality is meaningless. The US just takes too much license with those things.
