I agree. You only know the true miracle if you cooked it yourself

I thought it was eggs.

I don't normally put yogurt on bread like that. Of course I've only done this with plain greek yogurt, and the texture and tang doesn't really mesh well with bread. I like to eat cottage cheese on toast/bagels though.

Chicken Breast.

Put some mayonnaise in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and a touch of minced garlic. Mix it up and spread it over the chicken breast.

Pour breadcrumbs over it, maybe some dried herbs too.

Put it in the oven (200C) for 20 minutes.

Yum.

Keeps the chicken moist too :)

An American "grilled cheese" I believe? What stops the bottom side of the bread burning?

Do you just use bread or is it toast?

>> No.4309399

>>4309394

You flip it before it burns? You're supposed to cook it until both sides of the bread are golden brown.

>> No.4309408

>>4309399
Yeah but I meant... how long on each side before it starts to burn? That's what I'd have trouble with, I'd misjudge it. Do you oil the pan?

>> No.4309410

>>4309408

You butter the bread on the outside.

>> No.4309416

Aah I see! Ha, something that probably seems so simple to you is new and unusual to me! Might give it a try sometime!

How long does one take to cook would you say? 30 seconds per side?

>> No.4309419

>>4309416

I'm not sure, I just go until it's brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
