Sourdough.

Would you consider this pizza? Would you eat it regardless of whether you considered it pizza?

While it look delicious, I don't think it really look like a pizza.

But then again, the definition of what constitute a pizza can vary a lot. It does have cheese, a crust, some kind of sauce and toppings so I'd understand why some would call it a pizza.
