I would definitely eat this dog, but next time....grate the cheese yourself (finely freshly shredded cheese will melt much easier and is much better), toast the bun first, put the chili on first, and add some mustard and diced onion.

Get you some kielbasa and onions chopped up and cook them in a skillet, then pour into a pot of sauerkraut. Add paprika and mustard if you wish.

I never liked sauerkraut until I tried this dish, might work for you too.
