I'd skip the crushed ice, and make some sort of semi-freddo-ish texture out of it if possible,and I'm not sure how the yoghurt's texture will work out by the way. I've tried a similar recipe, using bourbon, juice, milk and just some blocks of ice, and it tasted great.
