Hey /ck/, what's your fave sauce to put on a hamburger? I usually have ketchup and mustard on my boring ones and i'm trying to figure out what would be good on a nice burger with sautéed mushrooms. I'm thinking garlic aioli but I really don't know.

Usually some kind of barbecue sauce when I'm at home. But the best is definitely the garlic paprika sauce my mom makes.

A light mix of ketchup and mayo but NEVER ask for it on the burger or it will be swimming in it.

A mustard of some variety.

Curry ketchup + mayo. And grilled onions (chopped onions if grilled isn't an option.)

Fuck off Morrissey.

depends of the cheese, bread and veggies I put in it. Ketchup goes with mostly everything, but something mustard des a better job to enhance the ingredients taste. Various flavoured mayo can make great burgers sauce, too. plain mayo on the other hand is just adding fat for the sake of it and whould be avoided at all cost.

I tried honey+steak sauce and chili powder today, out of boredom, and it was fucking awesome

Your list is correct if the higher the number the better the score.

Some times I eat them with just mustard, which is the greatest, most versatile and diverse condiment in the world. I also, tried A1, once and it just tastes like ketchup with extra vinegar.
