Since you are all obviously retarded:

If you bread and fry two pieces of chicken individually instead of assembling and then breading and frying (I am aware that cordon bleu is in one piece, but it's roughly the same in terms of calculation), you have about double the fat and fried batter. If you use fried bacon instead of putting ham into the cordon bleu, you have a lot more grease. The principle is similar, but the result is not the same in terms of quantity.
