someone whose gotten their promotion bonus or just was in a good mood decides to buy:
carne asada from the mexican market
a fuck ton of clams from the asian market
or
hamburger, hotdog, chicken bbq bonanzia
,secondary unthanked hero goes and buys charcoal

then from among the masses of dumbass jobless degenerates 16-21 two 30packs or a backpack full of bottles magically shows up for drinks.

we send little neighborhood rats off on a rusty bicycle to go gather up shit like ketchup, extra tortillas, lighter fluid cuase charcoal guy forgot to buy that too*

plenty of benches to sit, shade is constantly shifting in this amazing weather till 9.30pm during the summer (theres a secret poweroutlet for night sessions). also as a big city park, we are around the corner from a liquour store and a pot store.

Every half hour or so someone makes a run to the beer store and pot club to pick up whatevers needed and you just tip them with your change they use on their 40oz, no need to leave whole dollar bill tips on your 12oz drink. as for tipping the pot runner, anytime he comes in picking up weed for people, the guys at the counter always throw him some bud for himself, and your about to pass that blunt to him anyways,
