you probably have a homebrew supply store in your area, walk in there and talk to them they are nice

Usually they are nice unless you look remotely underage.

I am 21 and the place near me are dicks to anyone who looks underage.

Honestly? Don't bother.

I'm a homebrewer and though I don't make wine, I've had plenty of other peoples wine. Never had anything above decent, and its not really cheaper than buying it.

Stick to cider, beer, mead, and other fruit wines. these you can save money on, and often they come out as good as top grade commercial stuff, if you know what you're doing
