I got a few pounds of raw ground beef and raw chicken in my freezer, and I'm blank on what to do with it.

Was a sale at my store a while back. Organic meats were on sale. So, I grabbed a bunch of it.

I've done everything I want with what I had, but I still got a shit ton of it left over, and I have no idea what to do with it.

The beef is 17% fat.

Chicken is all breast meat.

Things I will NOT do:
Anything with mushrooms
Collard greens

What I have at my disposal:
Full kitchen, a grill, ton of seasonings.

Hit me with your best, /ck/.

I'll give you my go-tos for chicken breast:

Homemade chicken fingers
Variety is key to avoid getting bored here; almond crusted and fried, buttermilk marinated with dijon and baked, etc

Chicken Satay

Here's the Tso's.

I can't think of a decent way to combine the both in a single dish.

If you have a food processor you could mince the chicken and then the possibilities are endless, but like that, I can't think of a way to make a dish out of both that's not overtly gross.

Maybe if you chopped the chicken into strips, layed those, square-spaced, onto a layer of mince and covered with more minced beef to make a sort of checkerboard burger.

There's also chicken-scotch egg that I can think of.

You could also bread and deep fry patties and chicken breasts, so they looked the same, and made double-burgers.

I'm also thinking of a sauce, using minced meat, onto the chicken. Beef sawmill gravy over deep-fried chicken steaks, maybe.

I don't know.

Here's a recipe for you OP.
You start with beef and chicken, and then you add in plenty of mushrooms and collard greens.
Thank me later.

You might need to go buy a few things but it wont cost any more than a few bucks.

I tried making this from scratch and I'm very pleased I got most of the ingredients correct.

Not OP, but thank you for posting this, anon. I love me some Tso's, so I'll have to try this recipe out.

Same here. I feel like it's a bit lacking in heat though, so you may want to add some extra pepper/sriracha or something if you like your Tso's really hot.

OP here, been busy.
