Salt is underused at home, but is abused in restaurants.

There's hardly a good balance, and I tend to just go ahead and use as much as it takes which is usually a lot.

Same here man. The only shit i'll indulge in is taqueria stuff. Now i just can't even do actual fast food or big chain retsaurants anymore, it all tastes like sodium-laden fat.
