Actually parodied in both Yakitate Japan and One Piece as actually being a type of meat called cartoon meat.
Though I still cant help but wonder what it would taste like, the consistsency seems pretty interesting as well. Alas, unless some fake meat company picks up on the joke, we'll never know.

I've made an approximation, however, using fresh-ground/minced beef (from the meat grinder/mincer attachment on my mixer) and two chicken drumstick bones (they were freezer-burned to hell so I used them in making broth; the meat and cartilage came right off the bone, so it was sanitary).
Form ground beef into a log twice as long as it is wide.
Insert chicken bones at both log ends.
Roast until done.
Also, what part of /thread do you not understand?

OP, the closest you could get would either be a leg of lamb or a turkey thigh.

If you REALLY wanted to replace the picture for a cosplay or something, you could get a boneless piece of beef, wrap it around a lamb's upper leg bone, seal it together with transglutaminase, roast it rare and trim the ends to reveal the red meat as shown.

I used to have terrible nightmares as a kid where my family and pets would get cut in half and their insides looked like that meat, just round and red with a bone in the middle.

The worst part was when the two halves would run around independently of each other and continue doing tasks. Ugh.
