I'm living on my own now /ck/. Instead of making ANOTHER FUCKING GODDAMN RAMEN THREAD, this is a MEATS thread.

I went to california awhile ago and attended a party where they had some big burly authentic mexican shaving a slab of meat and cooking it for tacos. That shit was the most amazing meat I had ever eaten, it was tangy, spicy, savory, and all sorts of delicious. But I never found out what kind of meat it was or how he had cooked it.

Can anyone assist me in finding out what it was I had consumed?
