I have ALOT of hard boiled eggs or I did, I only have 12 left. Besides deviled eggs and egg salad, what can I make? I have money to buy stuff at store as well. unless 6 inches of snow does come in tonight. I need to get rid of these bitches. How long do they tend to last if they are in plastic and vacuum sealed?

Traditional egg salad is too gummy and mushy for my tastes. I slice the hard boiled eggs up, stack them on a piece of toast, sprinkle salt and pepper, swipe the other piece of toast with a thin layer of mayo and sandwich it together. Awesome breakfast.

Pickle them. I personally don't like them because when I tried them it felt like it had a leathery skin but pickling is a very good method of preservation.

divide into 12 parts
wrapped each shelled egg in sausage jacket
roll in bread crumbs
bake at 350 F for 35 minutes
