Going back on the low-carbohydrate diet. Worked pretty well (I'm a drinker and like to eat) but I always returned to delicious starches after a while. Luckily I don't really like sweets, I've heard that's the hardest.
I know that variety is the key to not getting bored, so I'll post all of my favorite carbless dishes, and you can share too.

Deviled Eggs
Pork Rinds (instead of chips, croutons, etc. Good with dips)
Cauliflower "rice"
Cauliflower pizza crust
Green Chile/cheese/egg casserole
Lettuce and lunchmeat roll-ups
Beanless Chili
Pickled everything
Kimchee and chicken
Braised cabbage and beef
Fried cheese taco shells
Sugar-free Jell-O
Stir-fried vegetables and meat in spicy broth.
Lots of condiments.

This stuff is filling but not always satisfying. Share your tips!

Wouldn't a tomato based sauce be high carb? Im pretty sure you could substitute in alfredo sauce and something like feta cheese and a green vegetable like asparagus/spinach with any meat, probably chicken?

any other ideas? (keto diet is less than 20 carbs a day (its different for most people, I think the average is 40 to push your body out of ketosis, so the 20 a day thing is to be safe) and im pretty sure tomato sauce of any kind combined with whatever vegetable would be pushing it.

I just checked my can of tomato sauce
6 g net carbs per 1/2 cup. I think that should be enough for a pizza

I just posted the recipe to showcase the crust. If you're not comfortable with some tomato sauce then skip it. EVOO and roasted peppers pureed would be less carby.

I was under the assumption that "net carbs" were totally bogus, and you have to look at the actual carb count.

nah fiber is a carb but it doesnt count
It doesnt get metabolized into sugar

You can have fast food too if you don't mind a little waste. Whenever there's a deal on Whoppers like a buy one get one, I get two with extra lettuce and tomato, no catsup. Ditch the buns, cut up the beef and there's a pretty decent salad for ya.
Also, take advantage of Subway's "turn any sandwich into a salad" offer.
