Anyone here like Tito's Handmade Vodka? As a connoisseur of vodka, I once thought the only good vodka came from Russia or Poland, but then I discovered this. No fancy labels, no celebrity endorsements. Simply good vodka, period. Hand made in Texas from honest American grain, it has a smooth clean taste and a subtle dry finish that will leave you wondering why you wasted your time with other brands.

Tito's is available in all standard sizes and can be found at discriminating purveyors of fine wines and spirits everywhere. Try it in a martini, in your favorite mixer, on the rocks, or simply neat. Like a true vodka drinker.

I'd like to take this opportunity to remind you to drink responsibly. Tito's Handmade Vodka is for adult drinkers aged 21 and over.

I had tito's at a party once. It was the last thing left on the counter. Apparently no one liked it. I mixed it with some orange juice and it was barely tolerable.

My brother moved to Texas and brought a handle of this back once. It's not bad but I don't drink vodka.

In the United States, we speak English and use English terminology.

Nice backpedal with that true Scotsman, bro. You can circumlocute the issue all you want with depredations on low-class Americans (who, I guess, don't count towards determining the lingua franca of the US of A by your tabulations), it doesn't change the fact that you are wrong.

The term "handle" is almost never used. That's why so many people are unfamiliar with it. Personally, I haven't heard it in over 20 years. Stop acting like its a regular adjective.

I've had it. wasn't impressed. I'm not much of a vodka drinker but the only truly "good" ones I can note would be Ketel One and Belevedere.

Tito's is pretty solid for the money. I met the actual Tito whilst working security for a concert. he seemed like a pretty nice guy, didn't flip a shit or anything when I wouldn't let him through. He also seemed pretty drunk / stoned at the time, which might have contributed to him not giving a fuck.

>> No.4118453

NYC here, we call it a handle. Only mormons and wahabbists are unfamiliar with that term, for them, I say "one point seven five liter bottle" and that seems to get the point through their thick, theology-addled skulls.

how can i get into vodka? i really dont like it much but i want to be able to appreciate it for what it is.
any recommendations for a decent bottle that may change my mind because i think vodka just tastes like cheap rubbing alcohol.

Vodka isn't really that great even when it's "good", but like another guy said, Belvedere and Ketel One are about as good as anyone should ever want. I used to like this stuff called 44 north but it's impossible to find and I drink it so rarely that the common brands are just fine.

If you don't like strong liquor to begin with, nothing is going to change your mind and you will not enjoy it.

>> No.4118543

no i love strong liquor, i am just a whiskey guy. i was more thinking that i used to hate gin until i had a really good martini and, while i still am not a huge gin man, i can appreciate its flavor.
