how do you guys doctor up frozen pizza?

before it goes in the oven i'll usually hit it with some pepper, garlic powder and crushed red pepper then after its partially cooked i'll add diced onion, some kinda meat if i have it around (salami/pepperoni), and more cheese. once that's nice and brown and bubbly i'll pull it from the oven and then hit it with some hotsauce or a couple spoonfuls of giardiniera.

I sometimes buy pre-made pizzas (not frozen) if they're on sale and add tinned anchovies, capers and chopped garlic plus whatever cheese I have lying around. Sprinkle with crushed chili powder when it's done and you've got a pretty good meal.
